Project Details
As part of Kemper Freeman’s 2008 renovation to Bellevue Square, PCS was contracted to repaint all of the mall's public areas in keeping with the new "urban garden theme". The repaint work, performed at night after mall hours, included the mall's high ceilings and rafters.
