Providing complete Wall Systems on the largest and most challenging projects built in the Pacific Northwest has transformed PCS into the 'specialty contractor of choice' for our clients. Working closely with our customers during pre-construction, we provide preliminary budget, scheduling, constructability and value engineering assistance. Our team building approach allows us to confidently contract the largest and most difficult projects.
PCS has the expertise to handle commercial, residential, and/or mixed use Gypsum Wallboard Systems projects (from six figure to multi-million dollar subcontracts) of all sizes and complexities. And since projects range in size and complexity, we are confident in our ability to handle the obstacles that come with such variation: from short to long lead times between being contracted and performing the work, to multiple buildings, phases, and scopes, to the cooperative spirit required for design-build projects. Our project set-up and management procedures will assure thorough pre-construction and closeout phases, while our construction management and installation expertise will foster a productive and collaborative environment during the construction phase.
